"People doing business on Richmond's West End" find "value with perks" at this former Hyatt now "beautifully renovated as a Sheraton"; a "sprawling" hotel "close to the interstate" that "caters to corporate meetings", it provides "huge rooms" (but "small" baths), a "helpful staff", "free business center services", a Starbucks kiosk, an indoor/outdoor pool and an exercise room with "plenty of machines"; with "easy access to shopping and food and fun", along with "convenient" parking, the only "bummer" is the lackluster dining and having to pay for in-room Internet service.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel restaurant was excellent. We'd stay there again!

Room was a little outdated, and there was no fan in the bathroom. which was kinda small.

Our room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is in need of being updated. The carpet in the hallways was worn and dirty. The furniture in the rooms was old and needed updating.
